SHIPPING & RETURNS

When you choose local pickup, we'll have your order ready within the hour. Not only that, but we'll also throw in complimentary gift wrapping upon request to make your purchase extra special.

If you're short on time or have mobility concerns, we've got you covered. Just text our front desk at 207-317-3123 and let us know you're here, and we'll happily bring your order out to your car. We're all about making your shopping experience easy and convenient!

All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. 

Once an order has left Beauty Mark, it is in the care of the carrier. Beauty Mark is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service departments. We will supply you with the necessary information in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@beautymarkspa.com. We are happy to offer a store credit on all goods returned to us within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused condition.

We have a $13 flat rate fee for domestic shipping. Orders over $150 ship free. We offer same-day in-store pickup Monday-Saturday during open hours.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beauty Mark is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@beautymarkspa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check with the carrier for their policy.If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@beautymarkspa.com.
