Our Cancellation Policy
A credit card* is required to reserve all Beauty Mark appointments and we adhere to the following cancellation/reschedule policy:
We understand that scheduling conflicts happen, but due to the nature of our services, we adhere to a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments under 2 hours in length.
We maintain this policy so we can provide the highest level of care to our clients. Please note that appointments 2 hours or more in length — including medical needling and side-by-side appointments — require a minimum of 72 hours to cancel/reschedule. Failure to show and cancellations with less than the required notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of scheduled service(s). Appointments made within the 48 hour window are considered confirmed.
*Please know that appointments cannot be reserved with a gift card or gift certificate. An up-to-date credit card must be present on file. You may use your gift card at the time of checkout. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding.
