We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes happen, but due to the nature of our services, we adhere to a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments under 2 hours in length. We maintain this policy so we can provide the highest level of care to our clients. Please note that appointments 2 hours or more in length require a minimum of 72 hours to cancel and side-by-side and grouped appointments are subject to more than 72 hours notice. Failure to show and cancellations with less than the required notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of scheduled service(s). Appointments made within the 48 hour window are considered confirmed.

Which facial should I choose?
Our highly trained and experienced estheticians will help guide you in choosing both the facial treatment and home regimen that will best suit your skin type and lifestyle.

How often should I get a facial?
We recommend every 4 to 6 weeks to reach and maintain maximum results. Some advanced skincare treatments (such as microcurrent) may be more beneficial with weekly appointments.

Are your facials gender specific?
Our facials are unisex. We will treat the condition of your skin, and tailor to achieve your personal skin goals.

How long should my hair be?
Let the hair grow at least 1/4 inch before getting waxed.

Preparation beforehand?
Gently exfoliate before your appointment.

Can I wax while on medications?
Talk with the esthetician about what products you are using (e.g., retinol, acids), and if you have any allergies, sensitivities, etc.
