Front Desk Coordinator
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a front-desk transitioning to esthetician position. We are looking for someone dedicated to customer service and all duties of the front desk.

Part-time or full-time; evenings, weekends, and some holidays are necessary. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (for full-time). $24-$29/hour depending upon experience.

Job Overview
Our front desk position is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where exceptional organization is vital. Five-star customer service is at the heart of our business, reflecting our commitment to providing an unparalleled experience to our clients.
Responsibilities
✓Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, via email, DMs, and online chat.
✓Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments with precision, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal use of time slots.
✓Policy Enforcement: Confidently uphold spa policies, including cancellation and return policies, while maintaining professionalism and tact.
✓Spa Presentation: Ensure all areas of the spa remain pristine and welcoming for clients.
✓Opening and Closing: Handle opening and closing duties, including availability for evening and weekend shifts and possible holidays as needed.
Requirements
✓A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Warm and approachable personality with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
✓Proven experience managing communication across various platforms (phone, email, chat, etc.).
✓Skilled in scheduling and appointment management.
✓Passion for learning and growing within the esthetics industry and as a part of our female-owned small business.
✓Computer skills is a MUST.
✓Retail sales experience is a plus.
✓Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
