Jenn Ross-Boshes founded Beauty Mark Co. in 2007 with the belief that skincare is about more than beauty – it’s about self-care, empowerment, and helping people feel their best inside and out. Jenn’s approach goes beyond the latest innovations, techniques, and technologies of the continuously evolving skincare industry.

She incorporates nutrition and holistic accompaniments in a fully personalized approach with each Beauty Mark client. Clients leave each Beauty Mark visit with external radiance and internal confidence as well. Jenn’s insatiable curiosity and quest for knowledge led to her continued education and many accreditations in skincare.

Highlights for Jenn include becoming a Master Esthetician and training in cosmetic chemistry and the “Pastiche Method®” of skin analysis under world-renowned Florence Barrett-Hill. Jenn has been selected as an Environ brand ambassador every year, including 2025, And Beauty Mark is proud to be the 2023 Biologique Recherche Day Spa of the Year. These accolades continue to grow alongside Jenn’s love of all things metaphysical, where she’s incorporated these interests in order to enhance her client’s experience.

With cutting edge expertise, a passion for people and their skincare, and world class products, Beauty Mark is one the most well-respected and beloved skin care clinics in all of New England.

Vanessa’s extensive training in both make-up artistry and advanced skincare elevate her as one of the most sought-after estheticians in the state.

A Maine native, Vanessa graduated from the International School of Skin in 2000, and later studied postgraduate advanced esthetics at the International Dermal Institute. Vanessa’s continued education has earned her certifications with both Environ and Biologique Recherche, ranging from advanced peels to microdermabrasion to microcurrent treatments, and beyond.

Vanessa parallels her skincare expertise with an extensive proficiency at makeup artistry. Having studied under Bobbi Brown, and also as a freelance makeup artist for several major lines, including Tom Ford, Chantecaille and Le Metier, Vanessa helps women to feel both confident and radiant in their skin. Vanessa is passionate about both skincare and skin health, and is excited to provide her clients with a personalized results-driven treatment plan.

After time in Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Hawaii, Vanessa joined the team in 2016, and is delighted to be back in Maine with Beauty Mark.

From her own health journey, Kristyn developed a deep commitment to self-care, with a strong focus on skincare and understanding ingredients and formulations. She believes healthy skin truly starts from within and has seen firsthand how dramatically the skin can improve when gut health is supported and science-backed products are used consistently.

Kristyn loves tailoring at-home routines to meet each client’s individual lifestyle, goals, and stage of life. Her philosophy centers on consistency over quick fixes, combining thoughtful home care with regular professional treatments that evolve with the seasons and the skin’s changing needs.

She has been part of the team for over five years and has received extensive training and ongoing education in advanced skincare modalities, including results-driven treatments such as Medical Needling and Glycol Bio, as well as specialized massage techniques like Sculpt + Lift.

Kristyn’s goal is always for her clients to have healthy, resilient skin they feel confident in. She is especially passionate about educating clients on the long-term benefits of vitamin A and treating the skin gradually and respectfully through thoughtful, progressive treatment plans.

Outside of the treatment room, Kristyn enjoys Pilates and strength training, traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her mini dachshund, Sunny. She graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Communication Disorders.

Brooke is passionate about skin health and wellness and began her career as an esthetician at Jessica Johnson Beauty, where she became a brow expert and built a strong foundation in results-driven skincare.

She later expanded into medical esthetics at Holland Plastic Surgery, gaining a deeper clinical understanding of skin health and refining her approach to advanced treatments.

Brooke joined the Beauty Mark team in the spring of 2023 to continue advancing her education in esthetics and to offer her clients more comprehensive options for long-term skin health. Naturally curious and deeply interested in the science of skin, she believes there is always more to learn and is passionate about educating her clients so they feel confident and informed in their skincare journey.

A thoughtful listener, Brooke is known for creating highly customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. She strongly believes in balance when it comes to health and lifestyle, prioritizing sustainable, long-term results over quick fixes. Her favorite service is medical needling, which she values for its ability to support skin regeneration, resilience, and lasting improvement.

Outside of the treatment room, Brooke enjoys yoga, meditation, and long walks with her dog, Pearl, and her fiancé, Ryan.
