SPA ETIQUETTE
Beauty Mark Co. provides a tranquil environment for all genders. Sit and unwind in our comfortable lounge before and after your service(s). We ask that you please silence your cell phone and avoid phone conversations while in the spa so all clients can fully relax and enjoy their time here. If you ever feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes happen, but due to the nature of our services, we adhere to a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments under 2 hours in length. We maintain this policy so we can provide the highest level of care to our clients. Please note that appointments 2 hours or more in length, including medical needling and side-by-side appointments, require a minimum of 72 hours to cancel. Failure to show and cancellations with less than the required notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of scheduled service(s). Appointments made within the 48 hour window are considered confirmed.
WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the full amount of services scheduled. A 18% gratuity will be added to parties 3 or more.
RETURN POLICY
Store credit will be issued for all products unopened or unused that are returned within 7 days in resalable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products, skincare, fragrance and apparel that have been opened or used. Sale items are not returnable.
DAMAGED & MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order has left Beauty Mark, it is in the care of the UPS or USPS. Beauty Mark is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Amy damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
APPOINTMENTS
To schedule treatments, please call (207) 808-5999 or send a request to schedule an appointment to info@beautymarkspa.com. One of our Spa Coordinators will get back to you. A credit card number and phone number are required when making your appointment. No appointments may be canceled by email.
PUNCTUALITY
To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at ​Beauty Mark Co. at least 15 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time to update your Client Profile and relax with a glass of cucumber water or tea before your treatments begin. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.
GIFT CARDS
We are happy to redeem ​Beauty Mark Co. gift cards for any of our products or services. For services, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refunds, and lost or stolen gift cards are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENTS
​Beauty Mark Co. accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.

HOME CARE PRODUCTS
At ​Beauty Mark Co., you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our extensive line of at-home skincare products. Your esthetician will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and/or condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience and left to the discretion of the client.
SCHEDULING
Our friendly and knowledgeable Spa Coordinators will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving ​Beauty Mark Co.
CHILDREN
Beauty Mark Co. cannot accommodate children under the age of 13, except when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
PARKING
There are several designated and marked Beauty Mark spaces in front of our building. These are first come first serve. Try to arrive a little early before your appointment to secure street or lot parking if our spaces are occupied.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location.Â
Damaged & Lost Packages
Once an order has left Beauty Mark, it is in the care of the carrier. Beauty Mark is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service departments. We will supply you with the necessary information in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
Returns & Replacements
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@beautymarkspa.com. We are happy to offer a store credit on all goods returned to us within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused condition.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We have a $13 flat rate fee for domestic shipping.Orders over $150 ship free.In-Store PickupWe offer same-day in-store pickup Monday-Saturday during open hours. Please pick-up at the front desk.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beauty Mark is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How to Check Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@beautymarkco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
