This is a multi-use pencil that can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks, or elsewhere. It glides on with a creamy-matte finish, and is creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blend-able enough to be used as a blush or a wash of color on the lids, with a precision tip for drawing graphic lines. Available in 9 universal shades.
