Cleansing your face.
It is almost impossible to see improvement in your skin without a proper cleansing regimen morning and night. Cleansers clear and remove impurities, environmental build-up, make-up, and cellular debris. This gives the skin an opportunity to repair and recover. When the skin is cleansed properly it provides a canvas for serums and moisturizers to repair and improve the skin. 

Removing your makeup is a must.
Be sure to take your make-up off every night and never (we mean never!) go to sleep with your makeup on. Leaving your makeup on at night will clog your pores and cause a break out. If you do not cleanse your skin you are not going to allow your night products, such as a serum or moisturizer, to work. During the night, our skin rests as our body temperatures rise which allows our products to repair and improve the skin.

Watch your water temperature.
Always use lukewarm water when cleansing the face. The skin is full of natural oils that protect it and act as a barrier. Hot water removes these oils and can cause diffused redness. It’s best to cleanse your face outside of the shower so that you are not exposing it to hot temperatures.

Double cleansing is critical!

We recommend soaking cotton rounds in toner and keeping them on hand in a plastic baggie. It’s an easy way to ensure you’ll be able to remove excess sweat from your skin on the go!
